Laly, as she is known at BELLOSOUND, has seen her role develop significantly since joining the agency in 2016. Beginning as Music Curator, and then promoted to Head of Music Programming, she built, from scratch, the department that expanded the agency’s music curation talent roster and refined the curation process to provide strategized outcomes based on in-depth research of a brand and target listener. Now, as Head of Creative, she pitches music direction to clients, works directly with curators, and travels the globe to be on the ground at a space or event to ensure the music tells the story that meets a client’s expectations and resonates with the given audience. In addition, Laly develops and oversees all visual aspects of the BELLOSOUND brand so it is consistent, polished, and distinctive across all media. By doing all this, Laly establishes the template and process that enables a client to see exactly how BELLOSOUND will translate a concept to music that embodies their value, spirit, and vision.

“Delivering the music program for Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, which since 1908 had a ‘no music policy’ until it joined the Four Seasons family. To introduce music without disrupting the tranquility of this gorgeous palace, we created a sophisticated French Riviera style music program perfectly representative of the property, brand and location.”
